Last Saturday Mountainside was hit with a surprise (at least to me) snow storm. I lost power for four days. We made the most of it, taking advantage of our candle supply and using the snow as a surrogate fridge, we were able to keep most of our food. Really the only downside was not being able to listen to music and read before bed. I had a dinner party on Sunday, instead of canceling, I hung tea lights from the chandelier and covered the table in mix matched votive holders! Here's a picture of the table below!
