Flowers: Bridal Bouquet
Hello all! It's been a busy season here at Christoffers, hope everyone as been having a very happy holiday so far! On a different note here are some photographs of a bridal bouquet that we created recently. I really love the color scheme, it's rarely used and is therefore all the more special! Yellows, whites and greens are a perfect combination for Spring or Fall Weddings!

Nifty Wedding Ideas: The Halo Effect
While doing some research for a bride of ours I came across these lovely examples of halos or what you may call headpieces. This is another trend that I've been seeing a lot of lately and thought I would share it with you folks. If you yourself are planning a wedding this is a great way to make your look more earthy and whimsical if thats what your going for. Some of these are a bit Avant Garde but they're still fun to look at! I also think they look really cute on flower girls! All photos are courtesy of GreenWeddingShoes.

Nifty Wedding Ideas: Protea Wedding Bouquets
Over the past few days I have been seeing a larger presence of Proteas in bridal bouquets. You might think it odd at first, I know I did. But after discovering some truly beautiful bouquets I had to change my opinion! Here are some different examples of how you can use Protea in your wedding. Click on each photo to see more!

NJ Bride Mention
In the Fall/Winter 2012 issue of NJ Bride there was a beautiful article done on the Barrasso~Nigam wedding that Christoffers did the flowers for. One thing that was extra special about this wedding was that there were two ceremonies one Hindu and one Christian. It was a beautiful display of both religions and cultures coming together. Check out some of the pictures below!

Nifty Wedding Ideas: Baby's Breath
Normally I am not a fan of this particular perennial, but Erin and Parker were able to use it in a classic way, making it dainty, beautiful and above all simple. Many times I watch brides make these decisions to have the most lavish floral bouquets with diamonds or crystals and the size sometimes overwhelmingly large. Remember that most of the time LESS IS MORE! While I wholeheartedly believe that flowers help make the day special, it's important to understand and implement this rule when planning your wedding. Click here for more images of their ceremony!

New Wedding Trend: Glamping
Here is something that I had never heard of before, its called Glamping. What is Glamping you may ask, Glamping is glamourous camping. This is one of the coolest vacation ideas that I've heard of in awhile. Personally I love the outdoors, but I do have a problem not having access to the proper facilities.
At The Paws Up Resort, they supply you with the beautiful backdrop of Greenough, Montana along with a spa, group activities, fine wining and dining and luxury tents and homes. This would make for a great honeymoon for any couple that appreciates the outdoors, along with the finer things in life!

Flowers for Kate Moss' Wedding!
This has to be one of my favorite celebrity weddings of all time. While the guests at this wedding were the who's who of the fashion world Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Christian Louboutin, to name a few, the flowers, location, and over all aura of the event were one of family and elegant country wedding. A Very Paper Wedding!
I stumbled upon these wedding photos the other day on the blog Green Wedding Shoes, I thought it was such a cool idea on how to liven up traditional wedding ideas by adding paper to the mix!
