DIY: Print Your Own Gift Tags

For me wrapping gifts was always a drag, that was until I made it into a sort of creative challenge. Now every year I discover new and fun ways to decorate the gift. And no gift is complete without a cool gift tag! Below I have a few different ways/concepts/inspirations for your gift tags this season! You can also click here to view our Pinterest Board!

Ariana's Pick: Sloane Ranger

Hello all! I've decided to start a new section of the blog, where I share my favorite things currently in at Christoffers. To start off I thought I'd talk about the new company Sloane Ranger. I met the creator at this past summer's Gift Show in Atlanta. It was such a pleasure and I was so excited for this line to arrive! They have a great selection of bags, wallets, cell phone cases, socks and more! Below is a video from their website which I encourage you to look at! And below the video you'll find photos of my favorite Sloane Ranger items we carry.

The term Sloane Ranger (often shortened to Sloane or less frequently Sloanie) refers to a stereotype in the UK of young, upper class or upper-middle-class women, or men who share distinctive and common lifestyle traits. 

What's in Now: LOLO Pouches

This week we have a new arrival at Christoffers, LOLO Pouches are now in! While at the Atlanta Gift Show we saw these vinyl pouches used in some really creative ways. Some people were using them as gift bags and others were filling them up with candy and other promotional items. The key case is a great gift for a new driver as well! It's a great stocking stuffer for children and I'm so excited to have them in! Below is a selection of some of the pouches we have in at the moment.

What's in Now: Bison Greeting Cards!

This past July the buyers at Christoffers were able to attend the Atlanta Gift Show where vendors, artists and business owners from all over shared their products and ideas. One of the great finds were the paper goods made by Bison Bookbinding & Letterpress. And the fact that all of these beautiful products were made in an earth conscious way makes them even better!

What's in Now: Cheese Lovers Spread!

Cheese lovers rejoice! Last month Christoffers received a shipment of gorgeous cheese boards. The best part? They're echo friendly! The company that makes these fabulous finds is Europe2You, they spend their time traveling to sites around Europe that are about to be demolished, claiming anything that they can.

We also have a great selection of books including this Cheesemonger's Kitchen: Celebrating Cheese in 90 Recipes, below are some pics from inside!

This is another great product that we just got in, Cheese Papers, sounds odd I know, but how many times after a party have you had to get out the cling wrap for that Brie you didn't finish? This paper unlike the cellophane is made to keep your cheese fresher, longer. It's also not a bad way to wrap cheese you're bringing as a gift! They even come with To and From stickers!

What's in Now: Wooden Products

Here is a cool new item that has just arrived at Cristoffers, wooden Ipod and Ipad stands! It's great for anyone who watches movies on their smart phone or template. I personally love the somewhat celtic influences in the design!

We also just received these wooden geometric necklaces that I am in love with at the moment! It's a tad tribal which has been having a major moment on the runways this year. Tough I'm a sucker for anything that has a natural look to it! What about you? What are your favorite trends for this summer?

Ampersand at Christoffers!

What is Ampersand you ask? It is the new line created by Kurt and Fiona Christoffers daughters, Ariana and Amelia. This section features accessories such as bags, jewelry, paper goods, scarfs and more! Bringing new and exciting products to the gift shop, we hope you come take a look! As you may remember in early February I announced that there would be a whole new corner coming to Christoffers' gift shop, I am glad to tell you that it is here! Along with Baggu bags, backpacks, and pouches we have jewelry, scarves, notebooks, pillows, and more!

Valentines at Christoffers

It's crazy right now at Christoffers! The shop is full of flowers waiting to be arranged, make sure you get in there today or tomorrow to get flowers for your special someone!

   

What's in Now: Valentine's Day

With Valentine's Day coming up this Tuesday, Christoffers has you covered with all things Valentine's! You can go for the traditional red rose or something more funky like the mini callas or mini cymbidium orchids!  As for giftware check out some photos that Fiona took earlier today in the shop!
